I believe we (marketers, designers, people charged with helping clients grow their companies) have a difficult time bringing this up for fear that they might think we&#039;re trying to deflect possible criticism if a campaign doesn&#039;t deliver.

As responsible marketers, we try to evaluate all our client&#039;s contact points. But the fact remains, the prettiest logo or slickest website won&#039;t solve customer service, shipping or billing issues.

It&#039;s a fine line, isn&#039;t it?
