Image Licensing
To license an image, email your request. Include which image you’re interested in, how you intend to use it, your contact information including phone number.
Pricing is based on where and how you will be using the image, and for how long, and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
As a rule I don’t offer my work under Creative Commons (CC) licensing.
Custom Orders and Commissions
For custom orders (larger prints, alternative substrates, matting, framing, personalization of stationery products, portrait commissions) email your request.
Return Policy
Work is packaged with every care taken to ensure safe delivery. Artwork is sent by USPS with insured shipping and tracking.
To receive a refund or replacement the print or original artwork must be returned. Packaging and shipping of returns is at your expense.
Fine Art Prints
Limited and open edition prints damaged in shipping may be returned for one-time replacement. You’re responsible to pay return shipping costs.
If the packaging has been damaged, you will need to submit photos of the damage.
Send replacement requests to shop@alvalyn.com and include a reason for the request.
Send refund requests to shop@alvalyn.com and include a statement as to why the art didn’t work for you.
Replacement and refund requests must be made by email within 14 days of receipt of the art or print at your shipping address. Attach photos of damaged packaging and artwork or print.
Return the art or print in its original condition at your expense within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Upon our inspection of the art and photos of package damage, we’ll be able to issue a replacement print or refund.
Refunds are for the full amount paid.
No refunds will be made if the work has been damaged while in your care.
Original Artwork
Signature is required for delivery of original artwork.
Commissioned Art
No refunds are issued for commissioned original artwork.
Paper Goods
