Brand Strategy

Strategic thinking occurs before the design process can begin. Strategy describes the big-picture of your company's current situation and desired future. It actually compares the two pictures and maps out a bridge between them.

Brand strategy begins with a brand audit: the deep-dive discovery process of your history and current situation.

Strategy is the next step.

During the strategy process we imagine ideal futures and outcomes, and design a road map to get you from where you are to those preferred futures.

We ask more questions, analyze your processes, collect data and compile information in order to make intelligent decisions.

These are just some of the questions we’ll ask and answer:

• What outcomes do we want to achieve?

• Why do they matter?

• What’s at stake for the company, our people, and our customers if we don’t make a change?

• Are our values consistent with what we want to achieve? Are we willing to change?

• What are the long-term and short-term consequences?

Upon completion of the strategy phase, we’ll have everything in place to design your identity system and graphic standards, followed by your entire design program.
